Update Cryptid metadata (#24)

- Download URL changed to `refactor` branch in order to work with
Steamodded's `main` branch
- Improved thumbnail image (now uses server invite image)
- Improved README (fixes a formatting error, adds a warning for the
refactor branch being used)
