This pull request updates the `.github/workflows/check-mod.yml` file to
improve the process of identifying changed mods in a pull request. The
main change involves using the GitHub API to fetch the list of changed
files instead of relying on `git fetch` and `git diff` commands.
Improvements to the workflow:
* Replaced the `git fetch` and `git diff` commands with a call to the
GitHub API to get the list of files changed in the pull request using a
Personal Access Token (PAT). This change improves the reliability and
accuracy of identifying changed mods.Use PAT token.
