87eb07026a feat(ci): add auto-update support for tags with no release assets (#192) 
i normally download my mod through this button, which points at the
release tag's commit.

the zip under this button is added to all releases with no need for
uploading release assets, which makes it the simplest way to distribute
a release's code. since all balatro mods are distributed as source code
and can just work with no need for special assets, i made this PR to add
support for auto-updating releases that are downloaded from the tag
directly. #193
([`b2437a0`](b2437a0c57))
is an example PR that uses this change, and here's the diff the script
generates when run on that PR:

the readme can be updated as well to recommend linking to tags like the
example to get autoupdates, since i saw people on the discord
recommending switching to HEAD to avoid dealing with release assets.
