762fc3ca3c Add BKM@BalatroCommunityCollegePack mod (#404) 
# Balatro Community College Pack

a **vanilla-like** mod with 24 new jokers intended to maintain the
original balance of the base game. Also adds a new challenge. Inspired
by Rofflatro & Extra Credit consider us the cheaper, worse, but still
homely alternative to BalatroU. Challenges and decks to come.

This is an early but fully functional version, more content is intended
to be added in the future, thusly the auto-versioning.
